Transitional and permanent supportive housing to families experiencing homelessness, along with social and therapeutic services that help our residents secure permanent housing, mitigate the effects of trauma, and break the cycle of poverty.

Providing critical support to stabilize families in Philadelphia. Our services include economic assistance, such as rental and utility assistance and supports.

Supporting parents and caregivers, so they achieve the best outcomes for their children and themselves. There is an emphasis on addressing trauma that directly impacts the entire family.

Family Connections (Formerly Parents As Teachers)

Supports families in Philadelphia with children ages 0–8 years old. We partner with parents to build positive parenting skills, encourage early learning, and promote family well-being. Through home visits, engaging workshops, family events, and helpful community resources, we’re here to support you as you help your child grow and thrive
