HopePHL youth and young adult programs offer respite, housing, education and access to technology, and support services for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, financial instability, and traumatic events.
Arise Housing
Transitional housing serving youth aging out of foster care who are experiencing homelessness. Programming available includes case management, employment training, parenting education, health care, youth specific activities, behavioral health support, and housing.

Community Connectors
NOW HIRING! Providing local youth from the 19104 zip code with the opportunity to earn a living wage, learn soft skills needed to succeed in a 21st century workforce, and engage with nonprofit partners on outreach efforts focused on improving quality of life within the West Philadelphia Promise Zone.

Community Navigators
Targeting youth, ages 18-24, who have aged out of child welfare programs, Community Navigators identify youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness, helps them navigate their exit from the child welfare system, and connects them with resources.

Digital Inclusion
Programming designed to increase the technological literacy of students using one-on-one or small group instruction, afterschool programs, and a public computer lab.

Teen Success
Supporting expecting and parenting teens, encouraging them to maintain their family size, complete their education, and develop future goals. Teen Success is a theory-supported group intervention that focuses on developing assets, skills, and resiliency among members through a strong program of education, support, and linkage to clinic services.

Youth Emergency Service
Providing boys and girls, ages 12-17, with a safe alternative to the street and potentially abusive home environments. The shelter provides on-site medical care, counseling, educational services, recreation, clothing, food, and a safe place to sleep.
