PROGRAMS
HopePHL provides transitional and permanent supportive housing and prevention services to families and youth experiencing homelessness. We offer social and therapeutic programs that help our residents secure permanent housing, mitigate the effects of trauma, and break the cycle of poverty.
Adult & Family Services include housing, social services, empowerment, reunification, and home visiting programs for families seeking parenting education, experiencing homelessness, or connected to city agencies like Department of Human Services.

Children’s Services, Early Childhood support the well-being, development and education of children from birth through age five in shelters and the West Philadelphia Promise Neighborhood.

Children's Services, School Age support the well-being and education of children and youth from birth to age 18 in participating School District of Philadelphia elementary and high schools.

Community Based Services in the West Philadelphia neighborhoods of Saunders Park, West Powelton, Belmont, Mantua, Mill Creek, and Powelton Village neighborhoods include homelessness prevention, art and culture programs, food relief and more.
Community Development programs provide these neighborhoods with real estate development and partnerships with city and state agencies guided by resident-driven neighborhood plans. |
Youth and Young Adult Services offer respite, housing and support services for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, financial instability, and traumatic events.
