Each year, on the third Friday in September, the Neighborhood Advisory committee (NAC) at HopePHL partners with activists, artists, architects, and other citizens to transform metered parking into temporary public parks and green spaces! This year, we partnered with Penn Museum, there were three different excavation sites that the community could take part in at the Community Education Center on Lancaster Ave. |
