HopePHL™ early childhood children's services support the well-being, development and education of children from birth through age five in shelters, the West Philadelphia Promise Neighborhood, and at partnering childhood education programs. HopePHL’s Children’s Services reaches over 2,500 children, youth and families each year through multiple comprehensive and supportive programs designed to support youth and families and eliminate barriers to youth success.
