Family Empowerment Service works to keep families together by connecting them with critical resources and supports.
As a home-based prevention program, Family Empowerment Service provides short term, trauma sensitive case management support to families in Northwest Philadelphia. Case managers collaborate with families in their homes to address concerns that cause disruption to the family’s daily living and ability to manage life stressors, ranging from eviction to utility shut off notices. Services are provided to families at no cost. |
